Suffolk Show 2018: All the action as Suffolk’s biggest annual event gets under way

Thousands of people are due to descend on Trinity Park today for the biggest event of the year.

Up to 90,000 revellers are expected at the showground, near Ipswich, today and tomorrow.

We have a team of reporters at the show who will be tweeting throughout the day.

Sunny spells are anticipated to arrive in Suffolk this afternoon, after thunderstorms hit overnight – see here for the latest Suffolk Show forecast.

Drivers are being advised to expect delays as thousands of motorists hit the A14 and surrounding roads on route to Trinity Park – police have outlined exactly which routes people should take.
