Green fingered pupils from across Bury St Edmunds were celebrated at a special awards day this week.
The Young Green Fingers Award winners were announced on Monday, with 200 parents, teachers and pupils attending a ceremony at The Athenaeum.
The annual awards, presented this year by the BBC’s Joe Swift, are the last big event of 2016 for Bury in Bloom, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary.
Coming out on top, as the overall winner, was Guildhall Feoffment Primary School, while several star gardeners from each school were also celebrated.
