English Literature graduate Ms Hender was a senior PR & editorial executive at Genie Ventures, a Cambridge-based digital marketing agency.

she said: “I’m so happy to join Montage Communications. I’m really looking forward to working with our global portfolio of consumer clients. It’s such a lovely team and I’m excited to be part of the agency’s growth plans. I love working in PR and it’ll be great to devise and run international social media and marketing campaigns.”

Aime Southgate, creative director of Montage Communications said: “Lilli has strong experience across the board and a solid grounding in all aspects of PR from media relations to content creation, social media community management and the strategic development of accounts.
