Enjoy pizza with a pint from one of these three businesses with a kitchen residency at a Norwich pub.

1. Luca Pizza 

Where: The Warwick Arms, Warwick Street, Norwich, NR2 3LD

When: Tuesday-Saturday, 5pm-9pm

Luca La Bella has now taken over the kitchen at this Golden Triangle pub after the success of his garden pop-ups in a converted horsebox.

Expect authentic pizzas, inspired by his Sicilian heritage, and he also offers vegan cheese and homemade dips. 

The horsebox, now run by his brother Lorenzo, is at The Trafford Arms on Tuesdays and The Leopard on Thursdays from 5pm to 9pm.

2. Brick x Yard

Where: The Stanley, 33 Magdalen Road, Norwich, NR3 4LG

When: Monday-Saturday, 5pm-10pm

Brick has a thriving restaurant and takeaway next to Norwich Market and it also sells frozen pizzas at 140 stockists nationwide.

Sister pasta and cocktail bar Yard is a buzzing spot on Pottergate in the heart of the Norwich Lanes.

At The Stanley pub in NR3, punters can tuck into both pizza and pasta with a Brick x Yard residency.

3. Pommarola Pizza 

Where: The Whalebone, 144 Magdalen Road, Norwich, NR3 4BA

When: Thursday-Saturday, 5pm-9pm

Pommarola Pizza was launched by Sammy Wood in 2012 and he started by going to festivals with a pop-up restaurant under a gazebo. 

Then during the pandemic, he pivoted the business and converted a 1965 Citroën H Van into a pizza truck to visit various Norfolk venues. 

He has recently secured a weekly residency at The Whalebone pub in NR3 from Thursday to Saturday. 

His other regular Norwich pitches are at The Reindeer on Mondays from 5pm to 9pm, to coincide with the quiz night, and at Heigham Park on Tuesdays from 5pm to 8.30pm.
