A top UK festival is returning to Suffolk promising to take visitors on a "spirited" adventure.

The Gin To My Tonic festival unites hundreds of different craft gins, rums, vodkas and distillers under one room to create a celebration of spirits.

It is embarking on another nationwide tour this year and is returning to St Edmundsbury Cathedral in Bury St Edmunds.

A spokesman for the festival said: "Sampling is part of the fun, and we are proud to be regarded as the 'festival of choice' for craft distillers.

"Whilst gin is proudly showcased on our menus, we now offer much more than just gin with rum, vodka, tequila, cocktails, prosecco and even beer now on offer."
