Following the AA Hospitality Awards in September, here is the updated list of Suffolk restaurants that hold three or four AA Rosettes for culinary excellence.

These dining spots in Suffolk have been named among the best eateries in the UK and were recognised by a team of AA inspectors.

1921 Angel Hill in Bury St Edmunds was bumped up another Rosette in the prestigious guide this year.

Destinations with three or more Rosettes "demand national recognition well beyond their local area," the AA said.

Those spots with four AA Rosettes are described as "among the top restaurants in the UK where the cooking demands national recognition".
