Police were called to a series of crashes on the westbound A14 this morning.
Three vehicles were involved in a collision just before the Orwell Bridge at 7.50am.
The crash caused no injuries but did cause some blockage to the outside lane.
There was a further collision between two vehicles at just before the Nacton turn-off at 8.15am, believed to have been caused by queuing traffic from the first incident.
Paramedics were called to assess one driver but their injuries are not thought to be serious.
Police were also called to the A14 westbound at Rougham at 8.15am to reports of a crash between a car and a lorry.
The lorry did not stop, and anyone who witnessed the incident should call police on 101, quoting CAD57 of January 28.
Suffolk Constabulary reported at 10am that the road was now clear along its length in Suffolk.
