SUFFOLK NOW

Missed by a whisker – watch for the car overtaking the cyclist as the lorry comes around the corner.

This footage was shot by a cyclist on the B1078 near to Wattisham flying station in Suffolk.

It happened about 8am on Monday, May 21 on Ipswich Road, just before the Vegetarian Red Lion pub.

The blue car attempts to overtake the cyclist on the single carriageway, despite a lorry approaching at speed on the other side of the road.

Could this have been any closer?
