A MOTORIST suffered chest injuries after a van was left in a ditch after two-vehicle smash in west Suffolk.
Police said Vauxhall Astra van and a DAF lorry collided on the A143, Poulter’s Lane, Ickworth, around 8.30am.
A spokeswoman for the ambulance service said the male driver of the van was taken to West Suffolk Hospital with minor chest injuries
The road is currently blocked in both directions.
