The Abbeygate in Bury St Edmunds has turned red for National Heart Month.

THE historic Abbey Gate in Bury St Edmunds has been lit up in red to launch National Heart Month in aid of the British Heart Foundation charity.
Mayor of St Edmundsbury Christopher Spicer officially launched the switch-on yesterday evening.
Those who attended the event included heart patients, British Heart Foundation volunteers and members of the Upbeat Heart Support group.
The Abbey Gate, which will be red for a week, joined a list of iconic landmarks which have turned red across the country in honour of the special month, including Nottingham Castle.
