The East Anglian Beer Festival is now under way at the prestigious Apex venue in Bury St Edmunds.

It is the second time the event has been held at the £19million venue following its long association with the Corn Exchange, which is currently being turned into a JD Wetherspoon pub.

The festival this year features more than 80 beers and ciders all made by independent breweries from within East Anglia.

Doors are open from noon until 11pm each day.

Admission is free to members of CAMRA and £3 for others.
