The alleged incident happened after a wake in Westley Road, Bury St Edmunds, during the night of January 24.

Kieron Delo, 23, and Aaron Delo, 25, both of Swillington in Leeds, both denied causing affray when they appeared in the dock at Bury Magistrates’ Court yesterday.

The next hearing will take place at Bury Magistrates’ Court on March 23 where the case will be formally transferred up to the crown court. Both were released on bail.
