POLICE are still appealing for information following an attempted sexual assault on a woman in Bury St Edmunds in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The 26-year-old was walking through the town centre between 4am and 5am. As she walked through the car park of The Black Boy pub she saw a person.
Once she got to the pavement on St Andrew’s Street South, she ended up on the floor and the man attempted to sexually assault her. She screamed, a taxi appeared and the man ran off. The woman was shaken but unhurt.
The man is described as wearing a black hooded top and black trainers.
Anyone with any information should call police on 101.
